Delivery Coverage – We Ship Nationwide!

We deliver across all major cities and towns of Pakistan, including:

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

Some remote or out-of-coverage areas may have limited delivery options or longer delivery times.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above Rs. 3,900 – Free Shipping

• Orders below Rs. 4,000 – Flat Rate: Rs. 199 + taxes

• Same-day or Express Delivery (select cities) – Extra charges may apply (visible at checkout)

️ Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (except on Sundays and public holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/SMS. You can:

• Track your order via the “Track Order” page on MAHVIC.com

• Or through the courier’s website directly using the tracking ID

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery attempt fails:

• Our team or the courier will contact you to reschedule.

• After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Please ensure your phone is reachable and shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

❌ Non-Serviceable Areas

We do our best to reach every corner of Pakistan. However, in rare cases where the address is non-serviceable, our team will:

• Inform you via phone/email

• Offer alternative delivery options or cancel/refund your order (if needed)

Returns Due to Delivery Issues
